My rank is all India obc rank is 7184 and marks obtained 22.25....any chance to get good college who accepting clat ??

Considering your rank and your category you don't seem to have any chance for admission in any of the NLUs. But you do have a fair chance for admission in the private colleges that accept CLAT scores for admissions. Here is a list-
