My rank jeeadv. Is 8821 from general category. May I get any college

Well, basing upon your rank in JEE ADVANCED, you may have the chance to get admission into IITs but may not get core branches of engineering like mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science engineering, etc. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high. You can also apply for IISER PUNE, IISER MOHALI, IISER THIRUVANTHAPURAM, IIST TIRUVANTHAPURAM, IIPE VISAKAPATNAM, RGIPT BARELY, and other colleges accepting JEE ADVANCED score.
