No you cannot get a cse seat for your rank. .But there is another way that you can get seat in vellore, chennai that is through management quota.If you go through this option then you can get your desired seat in desired campus.conatc us on : enquire2019@gmail.com

Chances are less that u can get vit vellore campus but u may get vit bhopal or amravati campus as they are new campus of vit
