Here are some of the steps which might be of your help in-recovering your lost registration number-

1. First you have to visit the official site of the entrance examination of the university or college for which you have applied for admissions.

2. After visiting the site, click on the application options for new students admissions and then proceed to Download admit card option.

3. There you will have to enter your login credentials and there will be also and option of forget password, which will help you to redirect your to your registered email id and provide you the steps for recovering your lost password and enrollment number.
