My registration of UP NEET couselling is incompleted still I have my name in State merit list. What should I do?

If you think you haven't completed your registration is and after that you will see your name in state merit list..
So, first you need to report to the alloted college with all the necessary documents..
Check alk the things , confirmed all the things and if you found everything well..
Then it will be great for you and your future..
