• When you registered, most of the examination website sent you the application number in your registered email or registered mobile number. So by searching out your past message and emails you can retrieve your registration number.
• If you don't get it there then if you have paid the fees or have downloaded the confirmation page (if any) then you can find it from there also.
• Most of the examination website have options of forgot password and application ID. So click on forgot application ID and follow the process as instructed by the system. In this way also you can retrieve your registration number.

If you can't retrieve your Registration Number by following this instructions then I would say you should contact the examination conducting about it in the helpline/contact number provided in the official website of the exam you are concerned about.
