My roll no. is not in the roll no. wise eligible candicates. Will I will get eligble in second round

As far as the statistics of 2018 is concerned, after the display of the merit list which Incorporated Students for Round 1 of AIIMS Counselling, all the seats were taken up by the students whose names where present in the list.
Now, in case after multiple rounds of counselling, all the seats of AIIMS aren't filled by the students whose roll numbers were present in the list, a second list is generally disclosed from which more students are Incorporated.
If the scenario is such in 2019, then there might be a 2nd List in which your roll no. can be present for being elligible in the Counseling.
