My SC certificate was not made at the moment.So can i give my father's SC certificate in jee registration form

No you can't you need to submit your category certificate only.

When filling the JEE Main application form, you are not required to upload your SC certificate. It is only at the time of the JoSAA counselling when document verification will take place that you will have to submit originals of all relevant documents, including your caste certificate.
And no, exam authorities will not likely accept your parent’s caste certificate. I would suggest you apply for one soon and get it done before counselling.
