No this is not possible.You won't be able to get into any college even befire the entrance examination has started.Maybe you are talking about the The IITJEE Main,but even in that with. A rank around 43000,that too in the SC category you won't be able to to get into the institution that you have mentioned because almost all the colleges get their admission for the SC category closed under a rank of 20000.Hope you have understood what I meant.Thank You.
As you have secured a poor rank of 42124 in jEE mains 2019 and you belong to SC category it won't help you toake it to Tezpur University.
