My school name is written wrong in my ntse admit card. So can there be any change after that if the exam is within a week? And what can be the consequence if there's no change??

I do not think that such minor mistakes might lead to to a big problem for you in case of your exam results or other prospects.
You can get your school name correct by complaining the concerned authorities regarding the issue and get your admit card updated within a week.
