No its tough to get a decent NIT.

Probably, you can get NIT Srinagar or NIT silchar in last round counselling. If you don’t want to repeat then you will get Thapar University, Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, UPES,etc !

yes you can get nit but not branch won't be of your choice. Or if you have home state quota too, then you can think. but keep your hopes high
