my score in qa section is going to be low... probably lower than the sectional cut offs. what are my chances of securing a seat in top iims?

Different colleges have different overall cut-offs and sectional cut-offs as well. The colleges do not give a call if you do not clear the sectional cut-offs even if you have cleared the overall cut-off.

Do not worry, there various other goo B-schools that do not go for sectional cut-offs.
