my score is 540 in NEET 2021 and has Uttarakhand domisle, will I be available to get seat in government medical college of Uttarakhand in general seat?

You haven't mentioned your category. I'll be assuming that you belong to general category.

So if we talk about last year i.e neet 2020 cut off for govt college in uttarakhand for Gen category candidate was Air 33091 and 575 marks. For Gen category female it was 585 marks and air 27654.

As these years question paper was difficult than last year so there may be a cut off drop. So you have some little chance.
