My score is 78.97 percentile in jeemains paper2 in 2019 then what will be my chance for any nit or govt. College by home quota (MP)

Your percentile in JEE Mains paper 2 is very low for you to get into any NIT if you belong to the general category. You can try in few government colleges but then too your score is very unlikely to be sufficient for you to grt a B.Arch or B.Planning seat.
