My score is 80 in sc pH category. Can I get medical college?

Hello Himanshu,
- The NEET cut off varies from year to year, state to state and as well as college to college. It also depends on the Quota you are applying through as well as the Category of Admission. Government and Private Colleges have cut-offs of their own.
- Assuming you are applying through the 15% All India Quota under SC- PH Category for a Government Medical College, the cut-off for NEET 2017 was Rank 5,51,965 which corresponds to a score of approximately 110 marks out of 720.
- We are expecting a rise in the cut off due to increase in competition. Moreover, with a score of 80 marks, you may not qualify for NEET 2018 Counseling. Please remember, this is just an estimation based on previous year's trend and not in any form a dictum. Let's for the best when the results are declared. All the best!
