My score is 98.25 and I am a state domicile of Chattisgarh so is there any possibility that I can get admission in Hnlu..?

Your clat score is decent but you haven't mentioned your category which really has importance. If you belong to UR category then even you have domicile certificate it's not possible for you to get HNLU. But if you belong to reserved category then you might get seat in HNLU in last round of counselling.
