my score of jee mains paper 2 2019 is 95% , my rank of OBC is 3198 will i get seat in nit

Yeah sure Ayman. You had a decent chance to get admission in any of the NIT's of India. As 3198 category rank is very good, and is capable of getting you a seat in any college of the NIT, and can choose accordingly. Congratulations to you, and best of luck for the future.
