My session was expired for paying fees for AIIMS Then can I again pay the fees on same site

Yes of course. The session gets expired when you take too much time in filling the application or during payment.
You can visit the same website and pay the fees. Kindly note to do the transaction within stipulated time. Like if OTP asked, one needs to submit it within 2 min or the session will expire.
