My Signature in application form of cgl is different from this of my educational certificates, but same with this of my voter id and pan card, will I be rejected in document verification??

The signature what you have provided should coincide with your signature in the present. If their is discrepancies in your physical signature and the uploaded signature then there can be problems but I don't think (no official notifications are available) that you will face any rejections due to the problem you have mentioned. If the uploaded signature matches with your present signature it is ok for you and no need to worry about it.
