Dear Tiwary, your signature file should be between 20-100kb in size, with a dimension of 3cm×6cm and in JPG/JPEG/GIF/PNG formats. If any one of them is not followed, you will not be able to upload your signature. Please make sure your file fulfills this criteria and then try uploading again.
