Code 03 is for students who have completed their 12th from Karnataka through PUC Board. But 02 is the code for Candidates who completed their 12th form other States. So your sister's code is 02. And that is correct and no further changes need to be made for the code. Please make sure you go through the application form one last time because after today the correction window will close and no more corrections will be entertained by NTA.
