With 240 NEET marks securing a Government BAMS or BHMS seat is difficult, specially under the General Category, however, candidate from reserved category may have chance depending on the state quota, category, and counselling cut off.
You should participate in all rounds of state and All India counselling including mop-ups and stray vacancy rounds as seat may become available in later rounds
