Use this formula to predict the rank:
Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469 /100.
But this rank may differ when you see the official results which will be released on the month of April.
The results are based on best of two exams of jEE mains.
But if you want to know the official rank you have to wait till the April month.
My suggestion for your son is to attempt the April exam to improve the score and percentile .if your son get 95+ percentile there will be chance to get good nits.
