The condition will just dependent on your category that you belong if your son belongs to general category or obc category then definitely as per 12 board rule he is not eligible to take part in josaa councelling but if he belongs to sc or st category then yes he can take part in josaa councelling process as the required for eligibility is 65 percentage for sc or st candidate in 12th board.
