My son got 9.70% in AP inter board and he scored 87.69 percentile in JEE. he will get any NIT seat?

There are chances of getting avearage NIT's  Since you're OBC-NCL Category and 87.69 is not a bad Score you can give it a try for some NIT's like NIT Mizoram, NIT Kerala etc

there are good Private colleges also if you dont get NIT's
