My son is finishing BTech (CSE) with expected CGPA as 6.2. Matric(95%) and +2(92%). MAT percentile is 74.1 Which college/university can he get?

Based on the percentile your son has secured he might have a chances to make it into some of the decent colleges. Therefore make sure to give the first preference to the top most bschools across India. But nothing can be determined until the actual cut offs are released. For the safe side start looking for some private colleges also.
