my son is lying in Open-PWD category,from last 4 to 5 years record, how much Mark in each subjects he require to qualify in jee advanced test??

After going, through 4-5 year JEE Advance cut off and rank patterns, I suggest your son score at least "3" (I suggest a target for 4 or 5 marks to be on the safer side) marks in each subject and a total of "31" (target for 33 to 35 for the same) including all subjects to clear JEE Advance.
