I got 8150 obc rank in jee mains 2021.Can I get ECE branch at NIT Warangal?

As you have mentioned that your obc category rank is 2341 which indeed is good enough to get into NIT Warangal. But you cannot get ECE with this rank.

The last year Closing rank for ece is as follows :

For home state quota : 1452
For All India quota : 1405

But with this rank you can get mechanical, metallurgical and civil engineering...
