Considering that your son has scored 99 percentile , it suggests that his command over the topic/ subjects is good so he has decent chance to crack JEE advanced examination but yes it all depends upon the way he utilizes the remaining time towards jee advanced preparation. Also, the question paper pattern of JEE advanced is quite different from JEE Mains.
