my son studying from kindergarten in Hyderabad, now he is in second year inter, he is a oci card holder, can he claim as local for admission into engineering after entrance examination? thanks in advance

Yes, definitely he can. As you have mentioned that he is studying in that particular state since kindergarten so that means it has been more than 7 years, which means he can be considered as local candidate so if he has a domicile then he can surely get benefits of reservation as a local candidate but he will not get any special reservation for OCI card.
