Considering the cut off in 2019 you have chances of getting seat in

NIT, Allahabad: Biotechnology

NIT, Agartala: CSE

NIT, Nagaland:ECE

Cut off changes depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
