Firstly, you had not mentioned which branch you want. So with 15700 rank you can even get VJTI Mumbai but here you can only get one branch that is Textile Technology. Then, another option is PICT, Pune but here there is some reservation for Home University, so if you are from Pune University, you can easily get ETC here. And again you can go for MIT, Pune where you can get Mechanical. There is also VIT, Pune you can try for this also.
