Yes you are eligible for filling the bitsat form as other state studenys can also apply for bitsat.However you have to score 75% aggregate marks in physics,Chemistry and mathematics with at least 60% in each of the physics,Chemistry and mathematics.

Before applying for application form you can check below eligibility criteria of the exam
- You should have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
- Apart from the 75% aggregate marks, they should have scored 60% marks separately in each of the three subjects.
