My state Merit is 20498 and cast merit is 1204 then which college can I get ?

You have not specified from which state you are. But ok, as per your rank in state and category rank it is clear your chances of getting a Seat in government college are negligible. At this rank you can expect some private college for courses like BHMS BAMS BDS etc.
