My target is 98 percentile in jee mains But I am only getting around 110 marks in NTA mock tests. what will be my approx percentile

You have set the correct target. Hope for little more and dont worry about marks in the mock test. As you have time prepare more and revise more. If you are a general category student then 110 marks is not sufficient. With this much marks you will get around 90% which is not that good.

With 110 marks, your percentile will be 90-92 in JEE Mains. This percentile vs marks changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
You don't need to worry if you are getting low marks in mock tests. These mock tests are difficult than the actual JEE Main paper. These papers just make you ready for the worse. If you are getting 110 here, it is expected to slightly increase in your main exam. For 98 percentile, work a little harder. Solve the previous year question papers.
Your target percentile is very near. Just try a little more. You can definitely achieve it.
