hello,
if you have lost your Transfer Certificate and want sr number from it, it is recommended that you contact the institution that issued your transfer certificate as there is no other option. In cases like this getting a new copy of the transfer certificate from the institution is the only option.If you want it online , contact them and ask if they can send you a soft copy of the certificate.
