Hello. ...

It seems you should try some more time with either different thumb scanner or just try for more time. This happens to some of them when their network is slow or not loading in some occasions the thumb having cut whet not able to read. In such cases try relevant solutions mentioned above.

In case this does satisfy your need ,then you need to do is just contact the authorities and inform the same ..
