MY TNEA GEN RANK IS 6279 AND BC RANK IS 3702. BUT IN THE TENTATIVE ALLOTMENT MY ALLOTTED CATEGORY IS OC AND THE PREFERENCE WAS 14TH. WHY?

Oohh I got Sri eshwar college because I entered kumaraguru after this college due to fee concessions!If they allot in bc category we are supposed to get the top 5 colleges like gct,cit,ssn,? Right?
yeah.. i have had a huge hope that i will get IT in SSN :( . can we opt for upward movement? will we be then alloted in the bc category or will the seats get filled?

Yeah sure! Please opt for upward movement! So your seat can be allotted in community rank if the open category seats are filled!
