As per your question, as you have an average low rank in TNEA so you may not get good colleges as your chance to get good colleges at this rank would be low. As you didn't mentioned your category so am considering you under general category. So as per this rank you may try in :-
1) RVS College of Pharmaceutical Science:--with a fee structure of 49.4k
2) Annai Veilankanni Pharmacy College:-with a fee structure of 38k
3) Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Paramedical Science, College of Pharmacy:-with a fee structure of 43k
4) Karpagam Academy of Higher Education - [KAHE]:-with a fee structure of 1.45lakh
5) Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology:--with a fee structure 1.55lakh
