My total 12 marks is 72% and PCB aggregate 59% so I eligible for gov medical college in West bengal

Your marks in 10+2 only qualify you for NEET, Saikat. From there on, it is your Score, Categiry and cut offs that determine a MBBS seat in a GMC in West Bengal.
