My total marks is 469 , in physics 98,math 97 .Can I get admission in physics honors??

You have got pretty good marks in physics and mathematics .You can get very good colleges especially those colleges which takes admissions based on merit such as delhi university or pune university .For you I will suggest delhi university as it is one of the most prestigious colleges in india which takes admission on merit based .However you can also search colleges based upon the sate you are currently living in
