My up rank is 2463 ....ur can i get gov college because of increased in no of seats.???

The number of seats will increase in Uttar Pradesh this year but the cutoff is also going to increase for every college this year. Every year the cutoff varies and it may increase this year. The cutoff of government medical colleges are quite high in Uttar Pradesh. Last year most of the government colleges had cutoff of 520+ and one or two colleges had cutoff near 500. So this year this value may increase and with your state rank 2463 I don't think you have much chance. You can try for private colleges. You can try for government colleges but the chance is too less. To predict the colleges check out the link.
