BCECE cutoffs are declared by the official exam body of a Bihar conducting the exam.The cutoffs are different for different colleges and categories.There are separate cutoffs for all the categories of students.Now for admission to agricultural undergraduate course one needs to clear the PCB cutoff declared by th board.Now based upon last year's cutoff rank it will may be not possible for you to get admission in the top colleges for agriculture.Now it all depends upon the cutoff of this current year.
