My UR rank is 2342 ,EBC rank 625,and RCG rank is 779 can I got an agriculture college from bio stream

With EBC rank, there are good chances, but nothing can be said for sure.

Seeing your UR rank, there are fewer chances that you may get good colleges, but through your EBC rank, you can surely get a good college, such as Bhagalpur engineering college, Muzaffarpur Institute, Nalanda college of Engineering, Darbhanga College of Engineering
