No you cannot get a cse seat for your rank. .But there is another way that you can get seat in vellore, chennai that is through management quota.If you go through this option then you can get your desired seat in desired campus.conatc us on : enquire2019@gmail.com
Your fees will be in either 3.93 lakh/ year or 4.93 lakh/ year.
Bsed on your rank in VITEEE 2019, you have no chances of getting admission in Vellore or Chennai campuses.And also chances for other two campuses with top branches like CSE/IT/ECE are quite low.

See with this rank u would be getting core branches in he Vellore campus in the last rounds and in Chennai campus some of the good branches for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under btech courses. U can also opt for management quota for ur admission since it is a private institution and seats are filled until they are full.
