Your rank is huge you may not get admission in the rounds of counselling but if you want electrical or mechanical branch then you may get admission in vit bhopal.
Vit Bhopal is newly established so I will not suggest you to take admission in moreover the fees structure is also huge if you want hostel also then you need to pay around 15 lakhs for your btech degree,which I don't think it worth because placement will be of 4 to 5 lakhs per annum.
My advice will be to take admission in some other College which is near to your home.
You can also get admission in VIT VELLORE but you need to pay extra money to get any branch there because your rank is high yiu may need to pay around 30 lakhs for your btech degree including hostel charges.
Don't do that take admission in any other College.
