Hello dear, yes you may get addmission in one of the vit campus.without cutoff we can't say about the details about Branch.

If you are seeking admission with this rank then you may be disappointed because as per previous year cutoff, closing rank for VIT Vellore Campus was 50,000 for biomedical engineering branch. If you want core Engineering branch then rank must be below 20,000. So it is clear that you can't secure admission in VIT Vellore or Chennai Campus with this rank through VITEEE Councelling.
