My wbjee rank is about 60000 and in 12 th 76% from BSEB can I get good engineering college in West Bengal?

My 12th boards is 67% and pcm is 59%.Shall I get any govt engineering college in west bengal .My wbjee rank is 15k and tfw rank of it is 3k.

There are less chances for Big names like Iem ju heritage but you can get a decent college if you fill counselling in correct manner, check the last year's cutoff and then think of best options and pick them up and fill the counselling. Most ofnthe students don't fill it properly so you can get an advantage.
