My weakness is passage what should i do for getting good score in passage?

Hello! Unseen passage due to their tricky language can sometimes become very hard to solve. If you want to increase your score in passage you can follow these tips:

• Practice: Practice as much as passages as possible because then only your mind will start working on how to solve the questions more quickly and efficiently.
• When you give your paper, first read all the questions of passage and then give it a reading. If you already know the questions while reading the passage it becomes easier to find answers straight away in the passage.
• Sometimes what happens is when you read the passage you are just not able to understand it. In that case you can give it a very fast reading once again to get the summary of it and that will be enough for writing your answers.
• It's not important to know the meaning of each and every word in a passage. Your main aim is to get the summary of the answer and write it. And if you feel that you cannot get the summary then copy the answer straight away from the passage and make small changes in it so that the examiner feels ypu have written it yourself. The trick here is to work smart.
• If you are not able to answer the 'tell the word meaning' questions then what you can do is to read that line in the passage twice or thrice and write the meanjng of that word according to the way it is used in the passage, that will be the best guess you can make.
• Passages can be really easy once you get a hold on them. So KEEP PRACTICING because it is the only way which will make your grip on passages stronger.
