MYb dob is 14 10 2004 can i get a 16 years licence

Hi there.

As you are not 16 , you are not eligible for any driving license . You won't be able to apply for learning as your age must be 16 .

That us the minimum criteria.

Also for applying for permanent , your age must be 18 . These criteria are not negotiable in any case .
